The tasks performed would usually include normal household cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, washing down paintwork, cleaning toilets and bathrooms. For routine cleans this is not set, it is you the client who gets to determine the tasks performed each week enabling you to get the cleaning that makes your house a home sweet home.

Our cleaners are competent and careful, with an attention to detail. There is the option of regular cleans or one- off domestic cleaning. Whatever you choose, our cleaners will do a fantastic job. We are happy to discuss your needs and fulfil your requirements. Prior to accepting any new clients we arrange for our client services manager to visit you. You tell them what you need and they will give you advice on how we will best tailor our services to meet your needs.

You will pay Insight Move on a weekly basis via direct debit/ bank deposit or cash in hand.

You will be allocated a regular cleaner from our database based on your specified requirements. All our cleaners are carefully screened and vetted to ensure that they are sincere and reliable and will provide you with excellent quality of service.

The following are thoroughly checked:

      * References.
      * Proof of address.
      * Identification.

Your cleaner normally will have quite a few customers and we monitor performances with other clients to make sure your cleaner maintains a high standard. We encourage your comments on our service.
