TERMS & CONDITIONS + PRIVACY POLICY

"The Company"

means InsightMove Group.

"The Customer"

means any person, body of persons, firm or company that the Company enters into a contract with for the provision of services.

"The Price"

means the total price payable to InsightMove Group for the services.

"The Services"

means any service or goods supplied to the Customer or sold by InsightMove under contract.

"The Contract"

means any such contract.

ACCEPTANCE OR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Receipt of these terms or written acceptance by the Company of the customer’s order and deposit shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of these conditions.  Written confirmation is required for all bookings.

DEPOSIT:

A thirty percent (30%) deposit is required upon signature of this contract to secure our services for this event; with the balance due upon receipt of final invoice which is usually issued 21 working days before the event but may be subject to alteration should guest numbers change.  The deposit is calculated on the total estimated price of the event; and the deposit must be cleared funds in the Company's bank before the event.

The price quoted for an event by the company to the customer is based on the original quoted numbers and style of event any deviation from this original number will result in the company requoting on the revised numbers or style of event.

Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT or other taxes unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION:

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

Should we have engaged sub contractors on your behalf, their individual and particular cancellation charges will apply.

FINAL NUMBERS:

Your final guest count is due five (5) business days prior to your event and will not be decreased after this date and the final guest count may be raised no later than three (3) business days prior to your event. In the event of a necessary increase within three days of your event, our staff will make all possible arrangements to accommodate additional guests; however additional service fees may apply in the form of vendor delivery fees and food procurement and preparation fees. The customer will be financially responsible for any increased cost for rush orders required to acquire products or services necessary to accommodate increases in the final count made less than three (3) business days prior to your event.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

The customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to equipment or property provided by the company or by its subcontractors. We will try to mitigate any losses as far as possible and will pass on any charges at cost.

InsightMove Group will accept no responsibility for customers premises furnishings, equipment, goods etc. unless by prior arrangement with the customer.

InsightMove will have no responsibility for, or be associated with, food prepared by InsightMove, which is retained by clients for consumption after the event.

WINES:

Generally subject to market availability, and vintages and prices may be altered. We do not provide any alcohol or alcohol service at this time.

LATE FINISHES:

Any taxi charges to transport staff home safely after 11pm will be passed on at cost. We endeavour to keep this to a minimum, but this is for the safety of our staff, many of whom are young and female.

FORCE MAJEURE:

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to perform their obligations under contract but shall not be liable for any delay or other failure to perform any part of the Contract as a result of factors outside of the Company's control. The Company reserves the right to pass any additional costs incurred from the Company's suppliers' or in-house expenses due to unforeseen demand, restrictions or requirements to fulfil the contract.

CLAIMS:

A claim that the services are not in accordance with the Contract will not be accepted by the Company unless written notice is given to the Company within five days of the provision of the services, stating the grounds of the claim and enclosing any supporting evidence. The Company's liability (if any) to the customer in respect of any defect in the provision of the Service or for any breach of contract by the Company or its servants or agents shall be limited to the Price. Property, title and ownership in all goods and materials sold subject to these terms and conditions shall not be passed to the Customer until such time as all sums of money owing by the Customer to the Company of any nature whatsoever shall have been paid. The risk in the goods or materials shall have been paid. The risk in the goods or materials shall pass to Customers upon delivery.

BOOKING OF A FUNCTION IS IN ITSELF IMPLIED AND EXPLICIT ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


Staff

Staff can be arranged for any of your functions:

  • £10.00 per hour, per waiter / waitress
  • £8.00 per hour, per cleaner
  • Our chef’s charges are from £20.00 per hour
  • A minimum of 4 hours hire for all staffing requirements.
  • Chafing dishes hire can be arranged.

PRIVACY POLICY

Storage of Personal Information

InsightMove does not store any financial information such as credit card details, PayPal login details of any other details related to your bank accounts. Any financial information collected on our pages is sent over to and processed by PayPal Inc.

We only hold information relevant to the delivery of your order, such as delivery address, phone number and contact email address. All information is stored in our secure servers and processed via SSL-secured servers.

InsightMove Group will never under any circumstances, sell, lend, share or in any way distribute your personal information to a third party without your express written consent.
